God it feels good to back writing about stuff that are happening around me. First things first, I found someone worthy of my love, her name is Lady and she is down right pretty, I met her when I was applying for a job in my current company, she was right across the room from me and the moment I saw her I knew there was something in her that I find beautiful. Well yes of course her looks are good that may be a plus but what I liked about her is her femininity (God I hope I got that word right), and her attitude and personality. We are currently a couple now but she requested that I have to wait for her to be ready to commit in our relationship, I answered yes and will wait for that day, no matter how long it takes.
We will be having our first team building or should I say, team outing with the company I am currently working in. We planned to hit the pools of Pansol, Laguna and stay there for the night. In just 10 hours that activity will transpire and we will enjoy it. In my opinion we don't need a team building activity to strenghten the bond of our batch, I can clearly see the bond we are having each and everytime were on training. Our batch are the pioneers of this revitalize company and will carry it to it's success, we have what others call "ALL STAR" cast, not that we have artists in our group but people from different call centers and backgrounds that, if it will push through, will become leaders and managers of the company.
Speaking of call centers, I had a running a few hours ago that made me furious. I was on my home from Pasong Tamo and rode a jeepney sitting shotgun (beside the driver, front seat). At the back were two groups of people chatting and minding their own businesses. The jeepney came to a halt along shopwise and the first group of people got off. All was well when suddenly the second group, mostly guys younger or even older than me, started saying about the call center that the first group (the one that first got off) were working. The first guy said "Pare call center nila dito oh...hehehe...bulok na call center". The first instance I heard that made my ears red, SHIT! What the fuck does that guy know about that center? Was he really sure it was a "bulok" center? I don't even know about that center and I don't even give a damn about it. I just mind my own business.
I was even more furious when the same guy repeated it again and this time it was with gusto, and laughed so loud. What the fuck gives him the right to judge that call center and laughed at it as if the call center he was working with is a top one? Is a call center not good if it is not alongside other call center companies? And who was he to say that about the center? Motherfucker even looked like a fuckin' cashew nut with his long chin combined with an awful mustache that looked like a bush burnt to meet the color black. I might as well dissed his english as well while I'm at it, AAAAAARGHH!!!...that incident really made my ears boil, the motherfucker!!
My point kids is that you don't have any right to judge what type of call center other fellow agents are working for if you yourself has not experienced working for that center. My father said to me "A company is good if it serves their clients according to standards, no matter how big or small it is", you yourself may be working for a large call center company but is not delivering the goods then you yourself are not good. So please of you have any comments about another company, keep it as discreet as possible.
